HAN Fine Jewellery only uses Diamonds of F - G colour (colourless to near colourless) and VS clarity. All diamonds are natural, strictly conflict free and ethically sourced. 



All of our pieces are handmade to order. Please allow for a 2-3 week for your order to ship. Certain customized orders may take longer. We try to accommodate rush orders whenever possible, so contact us at sales@hanfinejewellery.com


Delivery is Complimentary above $500.
Any taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. HAN finejewellery is not associated with these fees.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.



We are happy to arrange for insurance on these items for an additional fee, and will also work with you in the event you have other expedited shipping needs.

If a package is lost in transit, we will do everything possible to help track your package. However, once proof of delivery is generated, we cannot be held responsible. Please make sure to note a shipping address that is secure.



While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, because all of our pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order.

Exchange is only valid for exchange to items of the same value or higher. Difference in value is non-refundable.

In case of manufacturing defects, you must return the item within 5 days after receipt. We will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Please contact us regarding any repairs due to normal wear and tear.

Special custom made and personalised/engraved items are non-exchangeable.
Item will be eligible for exchange only if it is in their original purchase condition (undamaged and in new and unused condition). Any item with signs of wear or any work done on item by any other jeweller other than HAN finejewellery will not be accepted.



As our pieces are delicate in nature, they should be handled with care to prevent it from dropping, being scratched, or knocked while worn. Pieces with stones should be protected from impact or bending, as stones are meticulously and precisely set, and may pop out of their settings if shifted in any way. Do not let them come into contact with strong chemicals, including perfume, scents, creams, soaps, lotions and chlorine. Pieces should be removed from the body when showering or swimming and should not be cleaned with an ultrasonic machine, as this may cause the stones to become brittle or crack.

If your jewellery comes into contact with dirt such as the ones listed above, gently wipe with a soft cloth or rinse under warm water. However, Pearl jewellery should not be immersed in water for too long so it is advisable to wipe pearls with a damp cloth and leave it to try before keeping them.



To ensure longevity, your jewellery is covered against any manufacturing defect for 30 days from the date of collection/delivery. It is advisable to refer to our jewellery care guide on how to keep your HAN creation in pristine condition.

In the unlikely event that gemstones become loose from daily wear outside of the warranty period, HAN will cover only labour repair costs. If you are still in possession of the gemstone that has been displaced, we will repair the item free of charge. However, if you have misplaced a gemstone that has fallen out, you will have to bear the cost of replacing a new gemstone.

This warranty will be voided if the item has been worked on (eg. sized, repaired, re-plated, setting adjustments, ring modifications, engraving) by another jeweller other than HAN. All shipments for repairs/alterations outside of the warranty period will be borne by the customer.
