Congratulations on owning your very own creation from HAN! To ensure longevity, your jewellery is covered against any manufacturing defect for 30 days from the date of collection/delivery.

It is advisable to refer to our jewellery care guide on how to keep your HAN creation in pristine condition.

In the unlikely event that gemstones become loose from daily wear outside of the warranty period, HAN will cover only labour repair costs. If you are still in possession of the gemstone that has been displaced, we will repair the item free of charge. However, if you have misplaced a gemstone that has fallen out, you will have to bear the cost of replacing a new gemstone.

This warranty will be voided if the item has been worked on (eg. sized, repaired, re-plated, setting adjustments, ring modifications, engraving) by another jeweller other than HAN. All shipments for repairs/alterations outside of the warranty period will be borne by the customer.
